We hope that all of you enjoyed the past two land trainings. On our part, it was great having all of you turning up for training, especially on Tuesday.
As all of you should know by now, training will gradually become tougher. So we strongly urge all of you to get more friends to join us, and pull back your friends who came for the first training. When tough times come, you will definitely want more ladies to be beside you to go through them together.
Come next saturday, you will get to row with us. So we really really truely hope to see more ladies down by Saturday! :)
